From your post, I understand that you want to know how to add the secondhard disk in the server. If I am off base, please feel free to let me know.
Based on my knowledge, you need power off the server and install the second
hard-disk, power on the server and use the Disk Management to configure the
second hard-disk. For more information, please refer to the following
