Even a Linksys will provide you with the barrier.
I am looking for something small/reasonably priced that will support
multiple wan IPs -- anything come to mind? All of the soho
router/gateway/firewall products I see support only one public IP.
For what it's worth I have a similar configuration using a Firebrick
and it works very well.

If you are connected to the WAN via ethernet any simple gateway device
will do - look for some of the firewalls from manufacturers such as
Draytek, Netgear, or D-link. I know the Netgear firewalls can handle
multiple public IPs, but the best way to firewall a public IP block is
to have two separate blocks, or to further subnet your current block -
if you do this, you can use nearly any device, and disable NAT,
ensuring there is an IP filter that has an implicit deny rule.
Also see some of the Linux based firewalls - will do this no problem
and are free/low cost (but hardware costs obviously).
