Can you clarify a bit how you are trying to access the USB drive and
from which computer?

i.e. are you trying to access the remote workstations USB drive from
your *home* computer, or just from the SBS server after you've logged
into it via Remote Desktop? Just state explicitly your connection
procedure and process of attempting to connect.

I am at my home computer. When I log into "remote desktop" it's
essentially logging me into my office network via the server (the only
comp. w/sbs). I go to "my network places" in the remote desktop
connection's desktop (the one granted to me theough the server). I see
"passport on johns dell" as a choice. This is referring to my WD
passport external drive connected to my Dell WinXP Pro computer. Which
I use as a client at the office. When I click on the link, I get "
johnsdell\passport is not accessible. You might not have permission to
use this network resource. Contact the admin (which is me) of this
server to find out if you have access permissions. Not enough server
storage is available to process this command"

There ya have it. I do have full access granted to me on the WD drive.
Kinda confused.

No. Nothing. Wide open and open to hackable disaster :)
