Dell Open Manage Server Administrator 5.1

If you're running an older version of Open Manage Server Administrator on a
Dell server, you might consider upgrading to 5.1. I generally resist Open
Manage upgrades, but 5.1 has a "Failure Predicted" thing for disk drives.
If a drive is predicting its failure, Dell ships out a replacement, no
questions asked.

Having been made to go through troubleshooting when a drive acted up in the
past, this feature is worth the upgrade IMO.

BTW, Open Manage reports the failure prediction to the system log, but as a
warning rather than an error, so the Server Performance Report doesn't pick
it up. If any Dell people are listening, yes, that's a complaint.
