Glad you got it working Keith. Yep, some printers are a pain in the ***
with remote printing.

Hi Keith,
You might try installing the printer software directly on the LAN
workstation. Parallel printers seem to work better than many USB
printer-connected. Sometimes, you need to bring hte printer into the
office
and physically connect it to the LAN workstation, then install the
printer
drivers for it, then return the printer to the user's home.

I'm having trouble with some remote users not being able to print
locally
through the Remote Web Workplace. I also have some users that could
to
their local printer and now unexplainably can't.
I've noticed from the start that some printers work and some don't, but
that
does not help me with a printer that was working and now does not.
Is there any method to knowing what printes work or are approved? I've
had
the least trouble with HP Printers, the most trouble with Samsung, some
trouble with Brother.
What can be done to troubleshoot, or get a printer printing locally
thru
RWW?
Thanks
.
