Alright, I set up the server with a Sony tape drive and got the correct.
tapes. I ran the wizard for setting up the SBS backup solution from the
"Server Mgmt" home page. It worked fine for a couple days, we switch out the
tapes daily (we have a rotating set for each day of the week) and then it
started failing. Are the tapes filling up? Do I need to format them to clear
the data and make more room? I am a pretty good tech, but this is the first
time I have had to deal with tapes. I cannot find a good description online
on how they work with SBS 2003. All of this is foreign to me but it seemed
really straight forward at first and it was working! Then the errors came up

Thanks in advance for any help,
