I wasn't sure either, but a search for the "part number" given revealed
this link:
http://www.viosoftware.com/SBS+2003+Premium+R2/Small+Business+Server+2003+Premium+R2+CD+Only.html?osCsid=1c9f
They are selling a media only (aka CD Only or CDO) kit with no license
or documentation. Sounds like a complete ripoff, especially since Jerry
is part of a minute percentage who ask before they buy (kudos, Jerry).

Are you considering the SBS 2003 R2 Premium Edition, the "Branch Office"
features which were touted as a part of the Standard Windows Server 2003 R2
are not included in SBS R2.
Thats not to say you can't do remote office with SBS...its not tough.

Not sure what you mean by CDO version? Are you talking about Original
Equipement Manufacturer (OEM) version? If so, its only legal if sold with
a new system.
