Remote office via Hardware VPN can't access Companyweb

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Hi all, and thanks in advance for the information given, always is such
a pleasure to work and share knowledge here...

I have a client, they have a main office in CT and a remote office in
MN.

Minnesota is a different IP address scheme, 172.x.x.x 255.255.255.248

CT is 192.168.10.x 255.255.255.0

When a user in MN tried to access the Companyweb or recieves an email
stating a fax has been recieved and faxes are stored in Companyweb,
Faxes, it's given the error that the IP address has been blocked by
IIS.

Any and all information would be greatly helped. I'm kinda thinking
along the lines of DNS and IIS needing to have the new IP address
scheme added, but will see what everyone thinks.

Again, thanks in advance.
