The standard Office documents should be easy enough to copy to a portable
hard drive or something similar, the database might be trickier depending on
if its running on MSDE or SQL, if its SQL you can just perform a backup of
the SQL transaction and databases and then do a restore on the new SQL
component of SBS (provided you are running premium), if its MSDE there might
be some internal programatic way that will backup the database (I know most
Sol6 programs have this functionality), if not try the vendor for white
papers on database migration etc.

Don't want a swing migration. The server was set up incorrectly by
someone
who didn't know what they were doing. There are some user accounts
that
are
corrupt, alot of users have rights they shouldn't, and management wants
to
start fresh. There are alot of duplicate data files in different
places
that
are being consolidated as we speak, so there is a lot of data that
isn't
coming across. I just want to be able to copy the data needed over
while

two servers are both up and running without having to use sneakernet to
do
it. Can both of the servers use the same domain name of xyz.local to
do
this, as long as they have different computer names?
