User Account Changed and Now Can't Send Internal Email

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

Hi All,

I have changed a user account name (old staff member left and new one
needed to use his specific account - it's a long story so don't ask :)
) and now when the other Exchange users select the new user from the
Global Address List and send him an email it comes back as
undeliverable.

If internal Exchange users send an email using his specific email
address (eg. firstname.surname@xxxxxxxxxxx) he receives the email fine.
The problem is only when they select his name from the Global Address
List).

This user can send email internally and externally without any
problems. External emails are received by the new user.

Setup is MS Small Business Server 2003 with SP1. Clients are running
Outlook 2003 on Windows XP.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
