Ideal hardware spec

Hi

I was just wondering what everyones opinion on the ideal hardware
specification for SBS2003 is. I'm not really talking about the CPU speed
etc, but more the disk array layout.

For example,

Customer has single SBS2003 server.
30 PCs
All PCs use Exchange
5 remote OWA users
All PCs use Internet (via ISA)
All word/excel documents are stored on the server.
10 of the PCs are CAD workstations - all CAD drawings are stored on the
server.

Forgetting about capacity, what would be the best array arrangement to
maximise performance? This is what I was thinking:

RAID1 for Operating System
RAID5 for Exchange DB
RAID5 for documents/CAD drawings

Any thoughts?
