are the emails one a 1-1 basis? meaning, if an email comes into Joe on your
Exchange box, Joe also has an email account on the Unix box for the mail to
go to? Or if you have all support email come to a generic mail address
(support@xxxxxxx)-- would it go to a matching mail box on the Unix system?
Are there emails coming into Exchange that wouldn't be forwarded?
Generally, in the AD User properties for a user, if you go to the Exchange
tab, you will find where you can forward email for a user to an external
email address. This same process is used if a person wants to have a copy of
all incoming email forwarded to his or her home email address.

Hi all,
Our help desk ticketing system is installed on a Unix box on our
network (tickets.sfo.company.com) and consequently is not on our domain
(companyinc.com). How do I tell our SBS 2003 exchange system to
forward emails to the other system?
Thanks,
Jason
