continuing to receive them.

My boss wants to get all messages sent to one employee to also show up in
his account. Simply to monitor that employee for a few months then stop
monitoring the employee after his confidence in them is satisfied. How can
i set up Exchange to either cc the boss automatically or is there a better
way of monitoring all incoming email.
