SQL 2005 won't upgrade using R2 discs

Hi,
I upgraded our SBS 03 SP1 box fine to SBS 03 R2 with SQL 2005. I'm now at a
clients trying to do the same, should be similar configuration. I'm now at
the point of upgrading to SQL 2005 and are following the install docs that
come with the R2 discs.
If I look at the installed instances it shows the following:
SQL Server 2000
Version 8.00.761
Standard Edition
SQL Server Desktop Edition (BKUPEXEC)
Version 8.00.761
Desktop Engine
SQL Server Desktop Engine (MSFW)
Version 8.00.761
Desktop Engine
SQL Server Desktop Engine (SBSMonitoring)
Version 8.00.1100
Desktop Engine
SQL Server (Sharepoint)
Type: Microsoft SQL Server 2000
Version 8.00.761
Standard Edition
SQL Server (WSUS)
Type: Microsoft SQL Server Desktop Engine (WSUS)
Version 8.00.1100
Desktop Engine
It says "The following components that you chose to install are already
installed on the machine." If I click the details button it says:
Name: Microsoft SQL Server 2000
Reason: Your upgrade is blocked. For more information about upgrade support,
see the "Version and Edition Upgrades" and "Hardware and Software
Requirements" topics in SQL Server 2005 Setup Help or SQL Server 2005 Books
Online.
Edition check:
Your upgrade is blocked because of edition upgrade rules. For more
information about edition upgrades, see the Version and Edition Upgrades
topic in SQL Server 2005 Setup Help or SQL Server 2005 Books Online.
