One of our new customers is running SBS2003 and TrendCSM, so far, so good. In the Trend Console I do get a warning saying that OfficeScan 6.0 and Damage Cleanup are about to expire. My problem is the following: the customer doesn't recall how it was purchased and the company that was in charge of their IT has been fired. In the console, if I ask for "About..." information, I do get: "Trend Micro Office Scan 6.0, build 1250".
How can I, based on this information, determine which version of CSM is running (I know it's not 3.0) ? And how can I find out which licence renewal program I should look after ?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
