Acronis True Image and/or Storagecraft's ShadowProtect

I looked at Acronis, but it appears that to do a server, even from a
boot disk, without doing Windows based anything, it runs at least
$699.

All I wanted was the boot disk and ghost function, not online backups
and such...

Am I missing something?

I use Acronis True Image Workstation 9.1 booted from the recovery CD. It
doesn't care what OS you are imaging and works with most RAID controllers.
