ConnectComputer - The Small Business Server Networking Wizard was not isntalled...

Hello,
I have a SBS 2003 machine and I'm experiencing trouble with the
ConnectComputer wizard.
The problem happens on any machine not just one, up until this point I
have been adding machines manually.
When I go to http://servername/connectcomputer the page comes up just
fine. Then when I click "Connect to the network now" it gives me the
script error:
Line: 12
Char: 1
Error: Automation server can't create object
Code: 0
URL: http://servername/connectcomputer/start.htm
It then sends me to http://servername/connectcomputer/error.htm.
ActiveX is enabled in all forms for the local intranet and the IP/FQDN
of the ConnectComputer server are added to intranet sites. The client
is manually pointed to the connectcomputer server for DNS.
Because it's happening to all machines that I try to join are there
changes that need to be made on the server?
Any input is greatly appreciated!
