Help with SBS 2003 R2 and CRM 3.0

I'm not sure if this should be in this group or a CRM group. Anyhow
here it goes.

SBS 2003 R2 for the server, running CRM 3 for Small Business

Client is XP Pro SP 2, OL 2003 SP2

When I login to the domain rather than the local login for the PC I get
the following messages.

Error Message:
Your Web browser options are currently set to disable cookies.
Microsoft CRM requires cookies to use the Web client. To enable
cookies, see the online Help for your browser.

and

An error occurred loading Microsoft CRM functionality. Try restarting
Microsoft Outlook. Contact your system administrator if errors persist.

I've enabled all cookies on the local account on the PC, the domain
login. I even set the server to accept all cookies (which I switched
right back after I confirmed it didn't help).

Does anyone have any ideas for this issue?
