I couldn't figure out what was going on with the server. So, I went
back and unistalled al the network services/servers (WINS, DHCP, DNS,
RRAS, etc.) and reinstalled everything. I was then able to connect
using http://servername/connectcomputer. Everything is fine now.
Thanks for the responses.
No prob - glad your blunt force approach fixed the problem!

Ok, I tried everything per the instructions below and was still
unable to connect to: http://servername/connectcomputer
What about the DNS config?
Tell you want - post an unedited ipconfig /all from the client, and
from the server.
In a command prompt -
ipconfig /all >c:\whatever.txt
Then you can copy & paste both in here. Tell us which is the server &
which is the client.
