You do not need a subsriptiopn to use eventid.net. The hyperlinks do
not work but you can manually go to Microsoft for the articles.

Checkdisk didn't return errors, and the emails are checked for virusses on
the workstations, not on the server.

Wow, Don, you got your hands full.
Have you gone to www.eventid.net to review these errors? It certainly
looks like it could be a combination of things --- a stuck quarantined
email (because of A/V settings), possible disk errors, etc.
I'd make sure you have your hands on some good backups of your server,
just in case.

Yesterday at 17h45 and today at 10h45 (local time in Belgium) I received
a lot of Exchange errors in the Event viewer.
Restart the Exchange services helps for a while, the the problem persists
apparantly :-(

I don't know what happened. I didn't install anything, or didn't make any
changes.
- C: drive has enough space left (over 5 gb)
- Exchsrvr and mdbdata directory are excluded from the anti-virus
software
- After the first bunch of errors yesterday at 17h45 I rebooted the whole
server. Today the same erros came back today at 10h45.
- The server is SBS 2003 sp1, with all updates installed...
- Are there any (special) on the exchange directories I could check?
SYSTEM has full control to Exchsrvr and mdbdata.
I don't know where to look at. Anyone can help?
