Re: Ongoing problems viewing FTP folders

Thanks for the suggestion. Last night I tried from home after running the
CEICW and saw all my folders. I came to work this morning and tried again
from the W2K3 server that I need to use to access my SBS FTP site. No can
do. Same results. So it is probably isolated to the W2K3 server that I am
using. This server sits outside my firewall and uses a static IP. Any ideas
why my server cannot FTP to the SBS FTP box?

That certainly would be me first step.

I can FTP but just can't see the folders. Do you think rerunning CEICW
will resolve this?

OK first excuse me for reposting this but I really do need some advice
and
suggestions. For the life of me I cannot figure this one out and have
run
out of ideas on how to resolve this issue.
I set up an ftp site on my SBS 2003 Server. OK before you all go
jumping on
me for doing this I am well aware of the dangers and pitfalls for doing
so.
Let me assure you all I have taken evey security precaution and because
we
are a small company I do not have the resourse to build another server
and
put it outside of my firewall.
The FTP site works fine. I can log on using authenticated username and
password but do not know why I cannot see any folders. I can access
from a
command prompt using ftp.exe. When I do dir listing I do not see the
folders there either. I've double checked to NTFS permissions on the
physcal
location. I am using ISA 2004 but do not think that can be my issue as
I am
able to log onto the ftp server. I am at ropes end trying to figure
this one
out. Anyone out there ever experience this issue and other some
suggestions.
Thanks.
