Ian, I have a site where the president of the company has a single
Blackberry. I loaded up Virtual PC on my server, installed Windows XP on it,
and installed the Blackberry redirector on it, logging onto the virtual XP
as the president, and it works great. You could also take an old PC,load XP
onit and do the same thing.

I have a client running SBS2k3 and exchange....the md has just got a
BlackBerry and wants to have his exchange mail sent to it. I have looked
at
BES and this seems to be massive overkill for a single device (and this
will
never increase). It would appear that the mail connector will do the same
job. I have downloaded this ActiveX (as administrator) and allowed it to
be a
shared connector. I can setup Administrator to send and recieve mail
through
this connector simply. But when I try to setup my user despite using the
same
format for exchange server, mailbox and user/password the thing fails to
complete the connection......
Has anyone done this and been succesful??? could this be a privileges
issue
with his mailbox?
