Try these:
1. Make sure Dynamic for the zone supporting AD
2. Make sure all DCs and even DNS servers point to the internal DNS
3. Restart NetLogon on DCs.
4. Then try netdiag /fix to check any errors.
Post back to let us know the result.

It appears that much of the SBS DNS configuration is missing. There
should be a zone called _msdcs.xxxxxx.local in the setup, but it
appears to be missing.
Any easy way to recreate these setting?
