I have 2 machines in 2 different locations. Each machine is operating
in different domains. The W2K3 is operating as mydomainlocation.com
and the SBS is operating as mydomain.local. I have a VPN connection
between them.
One is running SBS 2003 and the other is running W2K3 Server. The
W2K3 Server is also running Exchange.
What are my options to get the machines talking with each other and
keep the Exchange Server on the W2K3 Server? I know SBS does not
support trusted domains.
Thanks for your suggestions.

I'm not sure what you mean by "machines talking with each other" but if I
understand what you're looking for, you really can't do it if you have two
different forests....what's the reason you don't have this additional
location set up as part of your AD domain? You can have additional DCs in
the same AD domain (recommended) in different locations, and you can also
have additional Exchange servers (although this is likely not needed,
honestly - you may need to provide more detail as to your setup & goals).
