You cannot access a BCM database in OWA because BCM creates its own
separate database.
The data is not stored in the Exchange database. As a result it cannot be
accessed in OWA.

One way you could access it remotely is by making a remote desktop
connection to your
internal PC (if it's running XP Pro or 2003) through Remote Web Workplace
portal in SBS 2003.
