We have seen something similar to this on machines after Windows 2003
Server SP1 was installed but the machine was not updated to SBS SP1. Do
you have SBS 2003 SP1 installed? The date of the addusr.exe should be
sometime around 4/2005. This file is located at C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Windows Small Business Server\Administration
