Problem with swing migration re-using SBS2003 self-certificate

I am at the end of a SBS 2003 swing redeploy to a new server.

I have redeployed my SBS 2003 successfully so far and am now running
the CEICW for the first time on the new server.

I would like to re-use my old IIS Website self-certificate.

When I run the CEICW the first time and try to import a certificate, I
get a dialog stating that the defaultweb site in IIS must first request
a certificate.

What is the correct procedure for this ?

I would like to keep my old webserver name.

I have already exported the certificate from the old server .

Any help would be appreciated.
