Help need with ISA Denied Pop because Original client IP 0.0.0.0

Thank you in advance.
Issue:
Only the new workstation just installed with Office 2003 fails to
connect to mail server Pop and SMTP. All old systems work.
SBS 2003, ISA 2004, Update Current
Client Z, XP before upgrade of ISA 2004, Update Current
Client Y, XP after upgrade, Update Current
Client Y, XP Issue: Outlook 2003 connection to port 110 & port 25 is
unable to connect to Internet pop mail server. ISA denied.
