Re: Multiple e-mails one computer

You are probably going to hear suggestions that you create a
mail-enabled Public Folder. Mark Fugatt wrote a great article on
Msexchange.org about setting it up:

Please don't ask why I want to do this but what is the best way to manage

If I want to have an e-mail for sales, info, webmaster, helpdesk etc. and
reply to messages as such, but only use one computer to do so, what is the
best way to set it up? Currently I have created user accounts on the SBS2003
server for all of those accounts and then access and reply to e-mails via
OWA. Unfortunately I have 4+ e-mail accounts to manage as a result and going
through them when there are 100-300 e-mails in each is cumbersome in OWA
because you can only work with 25 at a time. Does anyone else have an easier
way, I would love to hear how you manage your e-mails.

Thanks in advance these discussion groups ROCK!
