Appointment invitations not passing thru Exchange

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

We can't recieve Outlook meeting requests from external users. We can send
and recieve them internally. I can send them externally just fine. But when
someone from another company tries to send one to use, I don't even see it
hit the smtp logs. I have done some searching and can't find anything on
this can someone please help?
