Hi, I had fax service running perfectly from all the clients via my SBS
server, then Friday it just quit. I have noticed that if i go to
add/remove
windows components fax is unchecked, so I check it and the wizard informs
me
it completed successfully, yet it REMAINS unchecked! rebooting, using
regedt
to remove the fax entries per Brandy Nee's suggestions (Which fixed the
problem for someone else, I was sure this would work for me, but I can't
even
get it to install in control panel, to say nothing of SBS server
management
console (i just get a snap in failed error there)

SBS server in add/remove programs shows fax service not installed there
either...

Everything was working fine friday until about noon...(I admit I was
messing
with mailbox quotas at that time, but should THAT have caused this?)

I would say i'm kinda desperate as I've looked all over google and can't
find anyone that's had THIS exact problem except one person on an xp box
(and
the others just told him to use a 3rd party fax application as the
solution...I like MS fax service, thank you.)

This is my first attempt at posting on here, so please be gentle. :)
