Is File Sharing turned on (checkmarked) in the Properties of the workstation
NIC?

All,
I cannot access any of the shared folder off of SBS 2003 server from any
XP
PC. Things were working great until I did a windows update. Mapped
drives
also do not show any content either.
I try to access the server " \\server1 " from windows explore but no
shared
file appear.
I can access other shares on other XP workstation and Exchange service
and
all IP functions are fine. My 2K terminal server has no issues. Mapped
drives and shares are all ok.
I did notice that after the update I was being prompt for application
access
as if windows firewall was enabled. I tried to disable the firewall but
got
a message that ipnat was running and can't access the firewall. I later
read
the ipnat is remote access service which I then disabled. (I have a
router
that handles all the routing and VPN)
I am not sure what else to check.
Any suggestion would be greatly apprecaited.
Thanks,
Rich
.
