Where is the SBS 2003 in this setup? If you don't have one then you'll
probably get more responses by posting this to a more appropriate Windows
2003 newsgroup.

My main office in NYC has two 2003 SP1 domain controllers. It has a
single 2000 and a few 2003 servers. I'm opening in London opening a
branch office currently and am installing a domain controller. Because
we want to share data, we are going to use the R2 version of DFS to
keep the file servers in NYC and London in sync. Next week we plan on
upgrading the 2003 SP1 server to R2.
Do I need to take special precautions before performing the DC promo on
this London 2003 R2 server? Does anyone know of any step by step
guides if I need to do anything outside of dcpromo? I am a little new
at this, so if this is a total newbie question, I apologize in advance.
