You have two NICs in this server, and this one is configured to get an address via DHCP (and evidently isn't receiving one). If you are not using ISA or a properly configured two-NIC setup, disable this NIC on the server.

Its now disabled

Errors:

Windows cannot obtain the domain controller name for your computer
network. (The specified domain either does not exist or could not be
contacted. ). Group Policy processing aborted.

This is from the client, right?

Yes

Windows cannot access the file gpt.ini for GPO
CN={31B2F340-016D-11D2-945F-00C04FB984F9},CN=Policies,
CN=System,DC=NewspointPR,
DC=local. The file must be present at the location
<\\NewspointPR.local\sysvol\NewspointPR.local\Policies\{31B2F340-016D-11D2-945F-00C04FB984F9}\gpt.ini>.
(Configuration

information

could not be read from the domain controller, either
because the machine is unavailable, or access has been denied. ).
Group Policy processing aborted.

All from the client? What errors on the server?

Again from the client. I see no errors on the server relating to this problem.

You might try running a netdiag on the client (it's in the support tools folder on one of the SBS CDs, or see http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=49AE8576-9BB9-4126-9761-BA8011FABF38&displaylang=en )

Will do
