IIS FTP Problem SBS server 2003

Hi,
We run IIS over a DSL connection to the Internet with a static IP. We
also host our domain on a Windows 2003 server connected to this DSL
connection.

THe problem is this: We use IIS on that Windows 2003 server. We have
FTP accounts set up through Active Directory for use with this server.
However, people trying to get to our FTP server must uncheck "Use
Passive FTP" to have successful transfers to and from our FTP site.
They can get authenticated, but -- for example, when using Internet
Explorer for FTP (These are newbies) they get just an endless
"searching" icon with no files coming up unless they uncheck "Use
passive FTP'. Is there a way I can set this up on the server side so
that this will be unnecessary?

Thank you,

Christopher Feyrer
