SBS 2003 Domain / Terminal Server Licensing / Additional SBS on VPN

My small business has a MS SBS 2003 with 9 XP Users. I have a few
questions:
1. Up until this point we have had users logging into their local
machines and mapping drives to shares on the SBS. I want to create
domain accounts on the server and have the users log into the ABCCO
domain which can provide them with the shares, printers, etc. I am
good with setting up the user machines. Is there anything special I
need to do on the SBS (other than create user accounts) in order to
allow the users to login?
2. I have another MS Server 2003 machine (called ABCDB) that I have put
on the local network that I am using for MS SQL and Terminal Services.
The Terminal Server needs a licensing server. Is this something that I
can just turn on with the SBS (ABCCO) machine? I assume the ABCDB
machine will also need to log into the ABCCO domain.
3. I also am in the process of setting up a VPN with another office.
That office also has a 2003 SBS (called XYZCO). I read there were
issues having 2 SBS on the SAME network. Can I leave these 2 machines
setup wit their own domains if they are connected via VPN or will this
cause problems?
Thanks,
Dave
