ya know...I'm reminded of a story about a professor who demonstrates for his class about how to determine if a glass is really as full as it can be.
If you can do CRM and SBS and Project and SBS it probably makes sense that you can do all 3, but do you really want to?
You are limited to 4 GB of RAM on that server. Exchange is a hog...my guess is CRM uses its fair share.
Probably time to consider a second server

Can I Install SBS 2003 SP1 and CRM 3.0 adn Project Server 2003 on the

I have found manuals about SBS + CRM and SBS + Project Server
but I don't know if it's ok to have all of them in the same server
