The Petri "Forgot the Administrator's Password" is for local administator
passwords but looks like it links to another page:

which explains how to first reset the local administrator account password,
then log onto Directory Service Restore Mode (using that new local
administrator password) to install SRVANY and INSTSRV to reset the domain
admin password.

Haven't tried it but it looks interesting. ;-)

That's a great page, but AFAIK nothing listed there will work for domain
accounts. I don't know of any free utilities for this, either, although
I'm sure some time spent googling might yield results. One (not free) is
here:

haven't used this, so I can't swear to its efficacy.

OK I have a Client with SBS 2003. Somehow there admin Password was
changed and we have been unsuccessful in figuring it out or changing
it. There was no other Domain Admin Accounts setup yet.

Since Directory Services Recovery mode does not use the local admin
account in SBS 2003 I have been unsuccessful in gaining access that
way either. Any other ideas?
