Hi Paul,
The name you use must be one that can be resolved to your SBS server's
public IP address (not your externally hosted web site). That name would
not include the "www" prefix. It could even be just the public IP address
itself. The following thread explains a little better...

Hi All
Ive been playing around with installs of SBS and its pretty clear for me
now.
Hovever im a bit confused about the certificate setup part of the CEICW.
I dont have a certificate from a trusted authority which i assume would be
from Verisign etc..
There-fore i assume i will need to use the first option.
Create A New Web Server Certificate
But in "My web server" im not sure what to put.
I assume it is just our organisations website (which is hosted
externally.)
So i would just enter WWW.MY-COMPANYSWEBSITE.COM
