RE: Error configuring component - Email

Hi,

Thank you for your update.

Based on my research, this issue could occur if the Domain Name System
(DNS) forward lookup zone for the Active Directory namespace is not set to
"Active Directory-integrated". When the DNS forward look up zone is not set
to "Active Directory-integrated", you cannot set "Dynamic updates" to
"Secure only". To resolve this issue, please perform the following steps:

1. Click "Start", point to "Administrative Tools", and then click "DNS".

2. In the console tree, double-click the server, and then double-click
"Forward Lookup Zones".

3. Right-click your domain, and then click "Properties".

4. On the "General" tab, click "Change".

5. Click "Active Directory-integrated", and then click "OK" two times.

If the issue still persist, please perform the following steps:

1. Right click My Computer and select Properties.

2. Select the Computer Name Tab.

3. Confirm that the Full Computer name and domainname is correct.

( My computername showed a dot at that end of the full computername.)
Example: Full Computer name-> ServerName.DomainName.local
Domain name-> DomainName.local

4. Select the Change Button on the server and verify the correct computer
name (click OK to proceed).

5. Select the More button to make sure the Primary DNS suffix of this
server is not blank. If it's blank, add the domain name (DomainName.local)
to the text box and click OK two times.

6. Reboot the server and check if the issue disappears.

| I have tried your suggestions but the problem remains:
