Hi Bill,
Thank you for posting in SBS newsgroup.
From your description, I understand you are installing SBS R2 and you wantto confirm if you need to wait ISA and CEICW is complete and then install
client computer and other applications. If I have misunderstood your
concerns, please do not hesitate to let me know.
As I know, you would better to wait the router and then run CEICW to
configure network and after that you can configure client computer and
install the other software.

At this time, we are advising customers/partners to not install the earlier

If you have already installed the earlier released media, we have not
experienced issues in production with regard to this release.
The product group is currently reviewing methods of upgrading any already
installed SBS 2003 R2 servers.
I appreciate your time and look forward to hearing from you.

| Hello...
|
| Started to install my SBS 2003 R2 server yesterday. Got SBS installed and
| started with the premium technologies. There's one rub, I don't have my
| internet connection in place yet. It's currently located in another
buildnig
| so I'm installing a new connection in my server room where the SBS server
is
| located. So, when I ran the ISA server install it asks to run the CEICW.
I
| cancelled this piece of the install since I need to wait for the new
router.
| Does this cause any problems with the install of ISA? Can I add users /
| computers now or should I wait till ISA and CEICW is complete. I have
other
| software to install like anti-virus, backup hardware, etc. OK to continue
| with this? Think so but want to be sure.
