don't think the OP has that enabled so at this point recovering a deleted
file may be tough.

I don't see anything in Tim's posts to suggest Volume Shadowcopies is not
enabled. With a normal SBS install, it's enabled by default on the volume that
has the Users share, once the configure backup wizard is run.

Assuming VSS is enabled on the volume hosting the share, the file may be
recoverable by using the Previous Versions tab after right-clicking the folder
that contained the file and selecting Properties. Like Susan, this has come to
my - and my clients' - rescue a number of times.
