RE: Internet Connection drops out for a few minutes

Hi there
I am the poor soul who has this problem. I can confirm the following.
The connection drops for between 2 to 10 minutes depending on how it feels.
When it drops, there is no external connection from PCs on the network.
It is possible to connect via a laptop plugged into the router without
problem.
The drop always happens at the same time of day. Currently at half past the
hour.
I am pretty sure the internal network/e mail works OK.
As described, we have ISA Server.
If any more info is needed please let me know.
TIA
