SBS 2003 wont boot

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Hi all

Machine is a year old IBM Xeon machine. It's got 1.5GB RAM, 3 x 74GB disks
in a RAID 5 config. SBS Premium - SP1 applied.

A few days ago Exchange stopped. The customer rebooted the machine and it
wouldn't boot properly. Just before the login, they get this message:

LSASS.EXE - System Error, security accounts manager initialization failed
because of the following error: An internal error occured. Error status
0xc00000e5
Please click OK to shutdown this system and reboot into directory services
restore mode, check the event log for more detailed information.

I rebooted into DSRM and ran "ntdsutil files integrity" which came up with
Jet errors.

Unfortunately there is no system state backup. Can I just uninstall active
directory and set it up again? There is only 5 users on the network, so it
wont be too difficult.

Thanks

.
