Check everything in the server to make sure there is no power saving going on.
Check the properties of the nics make sure they aren't set to power save
Do you have a different switch you can try?

Hi everyone
about once every 36-48 hours I have a server that loses some connetivity. I
can remote desktop into the server but the server cannot get out to the
internet (although i have not tried IP to see if only a DNS issue). The
workstations lose connectivity to the server - mapped drives, printers, ect.
A reboot solves the issue.
Log files show no real error except that connectivity is down for any
service that needs it. IIS, DNS, ect.
Any ideas?
thanks
