During the initial "blue screen" or "text based" install you should see at the bottom of the screen a message to press F6 to install additional drivers.
This is when you need to insert the floppy disk with the PERC driver

Hello,
I am having trouble getting my server off the ground. I am running
three 300 GB drives in RAID 5. I am using a PERC4e/Di controller. I
run the configuration utility and everything seems fine in there but
then it says:
1 Logical Disk(s) found on the host adapter
0 Physical Disk(s) found on the host adapter
1 Logical Disk(s) handled by BIOS
0 Physical Disk(s) handled by BIOS
When I try to install SBS, it says:
"Setup did not find any hard drisk drives installed in your computer."
I have not had experience setting up a RAID5 configuration. Any
suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
And I have a PowerEdge 2850 and the tool sent with the Dell doesn't
support SBS (naturally).
Thanks.
