Guys
I did that. sometimes IMF still blocks email from this certain IP. ( static
IP ). Do I have to do some other setting?

Should work though if they are on a static IP

Yes, it's only by IP address, not domain name.

Under the Connection Filter Tab add an Exception for their IP Address.

After installed SP2 for SBS 2003 Exchange, I have used Intelligent
Message Filtering to block spams. It works 99% , however, it still
blocks 2 particular vaild email adresses, I wonder where can I define
such email address not to be filtered? I don't want to change SCL
ratings as it works reasonly well.
Any advice are welcomed.
