Testing with Virtual Server / Virtual PC

I would like to become a MS Small Business Specialists. I am starting to
study for the 70-282 exam. I want to setup a virtual SBS network. I have
the following resources available:

Laptop w/
2.0 Pentium M processor
2 GB RAM
100 GB 7200 RPM HD
Built in Ethernet NIC
Built in Intel Wireless NIC (this is the one I use with my home network)
MS Loopback NIC
MS Loopback NIC 2

Home Network
Charter Cable Broadband
Netgear WGU624 Wireless Router
INTERNET
IP: 68.116.xx.xx
DHCP: Client
IP Subnet Mask: 255.255.254.0
68.116.46.xxx
Domain Name Server: 68.116.46.xxx & 68.116.46.xx
LAN
IP: 192.168.1.1
DHCP: Server
IP Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0

Microsoft Action Pack
Virtual Server 2005 R2 (Latest vs.)
Virutal PC 2004 SP1 (Latest vs.)

I don't have a lot of experience (hence wanting to set this up to practice
with) so I'm not sure about how to do the networking part. I have
installed SBS server twice on a server at my work. The server had two nics
and a static IP purchased from the ISP. I purchased a domain name and
basically followed the directions in the book 'Windows Small Business Server
2003 Best Practices'.

For my test network I'd like to setup a virtual server and a virtual client.
I'd like the network to have internet access within that network. I have a
domain name for testing that I'd like to point to this virtual server so I
can test setting up web sites and email. It would be nice if I could add a
physical machine on my home network to this virtual network if I wanted to.
I just don't know enough about networking to set this up. Could someone
please help me with the specific steps to set this up? I don't have to get
it all accomplised immediately. I'd just like to get a good install with
internet access and the have the virtual client talking to the virtual
server. Any help would be appreciated. I have searched and found lots of
information on this subject but have been unable to determine the best way
to set this up for my needs.

Thanks very much,
Steve
