Eh, not necessarily. :)
But, first and foremost - am I correct in assuming that
company B essentially trusts company A and their employees to behave
themselves? If so, the easiest solution is to simply add the three
computers to company B's network for the duration of the job. And
then, when the job is over, and they leave, unjoin them from the
network. But if you don't want to trust them quite that much, you can
let them sit inside the network, but not domain joined. They can
still TS into the company B TS using remote desktop directly. Finally, if
they're trused even less, and this is a dual NIC
arrangement on the SBS server at company B, then put them on a switch
outside the SBS server and let them RWW into the company B TS. No
matter what you do, you'll have to create user accounts for them on
company B's server.

Company A will have 3 staff working from Company B's office who will
be using Company A's computers, meaning Company A will buy 3 new
computers to setup in Company B location. Company A staff will log
in to company A TS through RWW from Company B office using Their own
pcs. At the same time Company A staff need to access Company B TS as
well on time to time from those new computers.
My question is should I add those 3 new computers which Company A
will buy, infront of SBS server or behind the SbS server.
The idea is to save on Intenet connection and share printer. Simply
if we have two adsl connection for two seperate companies then the
staff will access TS of both company through RWW as long as they
have internet connection.

Good day.
We have a situation.
There are two clients who are business partners. Both have SBS2003
servers and Terminal Servers in two different sites. Lets suppose
Company A and Company B.
Both companies have 1500K/256kb ADSL connection.
Company A has remote users who are going to be working physically
from company B's site who also need to access Company B TS.
Using whose computers? Their own local machines, and RWW to
CompanyB? Or pysically jusing CompanyB computers on the companyB
LAN and accessing CompanyB TS from there?
Using Company A's computer the staff need to access both TS from
Company B.
Company A has no problem as its just the SBS 2003 Server with TS
Windows 2003. People access to Company A TS with RWW.
Problem is since Company A's staff are going to be in Company B's
site how
do I set up computers there. All they would need is Internet
access to access Company A TS from there.
So they aren't going to be using existing computers at CompanyB?
What will they be using?
New computers that compnay A will buy to place in Company B.
server.
Give me advice PLEASE:
Since the ADSL router has DHCP, should I connect another router
infront of SBS Server and seperate the network just to use the
internet (But then again these people also need to access TS of
Comapnay B and share printer) OR should I use a switch behind the
SBS Server for Internet connection for these computers but not
connect to SBS server through connectcomputer... what would be the
licensing issues there.
I'm really a bit confused as to what you're trying to accomplish.
More info might help.
Thank you kindly.
