I want to work from home.
I have in company windows server sbs 2003 with dhcp role configured.
I have configured remote access for vpn.
I succeed to connect in vpn. I succeed ping and connect to server and client in the network.
The problem is that when i connect in vpn to my sbs server i have a default gateway and dns in PPP interface. I would that my client don't receive dns and default gateway but only ip. How can i obtain this? Can i modify dhcp configuration or "routing and remote access" configuration?
Another reply explains how to keep the default gateway at your own site.
In the same area, you can also elect not to receive DNS information
automatically from the server. Don't do that, because almost none of the
SBS facilities will work if you do. All workstations, whether local or
on VPN, must use the SBS as the only DNS server for a number of reasons.
